ATTENTION - Replacement of DStv Smartcards!

Attention all DStv subscribers: If you received a message alert on your TV that your smart-card should be swapped, you have to swap it by Thursday 7 February 2013, or your smart-card will expire. Messages have been sent to affected subscribers since June 2012.

If you do not swap your smart-card you will lose your picture and will not have access to the DStv signal. From time to time, smart-cards need to be replaced to ensure subscribers receive a secure and an up-to-date service. The smart-cards will be swapped at no additional costs to affected subscribers.

Please note: Only subscribers who received a message on their TVs need to swap their smart-cards.

Smart-cards can be swapped at any DStv Service Centre or Agency.
