Tats Nkonzo - SA's Got Talent Presenter |
Acrobatic Burundi drummers, fire
dancers, mimes, instrumentalists, comedians, weightlifters, traditional singers
and much more… SA’s Got Talent returns this August to e.tv with an exciting new
season.
The highly-anticipated reality show,
which uncovers the best acts throughout the country, will once again follow the
journey of judges Shado Twala, Ian von Memerty and Kabelo ”Bouga Luv” Mabalane
as they search for South Africa’s next super talent.
Comedic favourite Tats Nkonzo is also
back as the charming presenter who will guide viewers through the good, the bad
and the fantastic.
“The Got Talent format is unique and a
perfect fit for local audience who want engaging content,” says Monde Twala,
e.tv Channel Head. “Whatever the age or
the act, SA’s Got Talent showcases the truly extraordinary talent hidden within
our country and evokes national pride. e.tv is very excited to once again
provide a platform for local talent to shine.”
Auditions for the new season were held
in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.
This season’s acts dazzled and shocked judges and audience members alike.

The winner of this season, who will be
announced at the live finale on Thursday, 17 October, will walk away with the R250 000 grand prize and the opportunity to become a global
sensation.
Botlhale, last season’s winner, is
testament to the platform SA’s Got Talent provides. After her win she has received international
exposure and recently celebrated Madiba Day in New York alongside greats such
as Charlize Theron and Dr Maya Angelou at The Legacy of Hope Foundation.
“Cadbury Lunch Bar is proud to continue
its sponsorship of SA’s Got Talent. Our association with the popular reality
show is an emotional one that allows the brand to showcase that everyone has so
much more to them than meets the eye. Who could forget our 2012 winner
Botlhale, an 11 year old who touched the whole nation with her charisma and
hidden poetic talent.
“We really are proud of the association
and proud to be a truly South African brand. We look forward to another great
season and cannot wait to see who offers much, much more talent this season!”
says Meredith Kelly, Kraft Foods Category Leader, Chocolate.

sing.” – Ian
