MILLER CELEBRATES TEN YEARS IN SOUTH AFRICA WITH A MASSIVE WEEKEND TAKEOVER!

Johannesburg, South Africa – 2013 is a milestone year for Miller. To mark ten years of consistently creating unforgettable FRESH experiences in South Africa, the big guns have been summoned for a celebratory weekend that kicks off on Thursday 4^th July 2013, with the Miller 10^th Birthday Edition.

And who better to grace the occasion than ‘Birthday Song’ rapper 2Chainz. The Grammy nominee and BET/Soul Train Award winner will perform at an undisclosed venue in Joburg Central. Attendance at this leg of the Miller 10^th Birthday Takeover celebration is strictly by invite only. A limited run of tickets will be made available via the Miller website www.millersa.co.za and the Miller twitter handle @MGD_SA, including surprise social network sweepstakes and Millers’ official media partners giveaways.

All roads then lead to the Vodacom Durban July - the biggest date on South Africa’s social calendar, where Miller has created something of a party institution for itself over the years. In association with 5FM and Vuzu TV, the Miller BOOMTOWN (previously known as the Miller Marquee) is certain to tower above the rest. The entertainment line-up announced earlier this month casts the best in local talent alongside US rapper 2Chainz.

Miller BOOMTOWN’s experience will also include a variety of bars, chill areas, food stalls and various branded installation to enjoy.

The massive birthday weekender wraps up on a high note at SA’s favourite Sunday chill session, POP BOTTLES on the 7^th July, which will take place at the Chris Saunders Park in Durban. Pop Bottles will focus on a proudly SA hip hop line up.

Limited tickets are still available for both BOOMTOWN and POP BOTTLES at Computicket. Boomtown VVIP tickets cost R2500, VIP are R1600, General Access tickets R550 and a ticket exclusive to 18-21 year olds at R350 will ensure you don’t miss out.
