NO MIDDLE FINGER: Rapper iFani parts ways with Dream Team SA!

According to a statement release by Sheila Afari as of 1 May 2014, Dream Team SA and iFani have decided to amicably part ways.  iFani was signed to DTSA a year ago and his music career has grown tenfold as a result of Dream Team SA’s strategic approach to brand development and management. The name iFani is now synonymous with Xhosa, authentic rap and has entrenched a large foot print across South Africa.

He recently won Best Rap Album at the 20th annual South African Music Awards and we believe our combined efforts over the year culminated in that award and we are very proud of his achievements.

iFani felt that he was now ready to manage his affairs in-house and as such Dream Team SA agreed to release him. We wish iFani all the best with his future endeavours.

Meanwhile, after he gave a hair-raising performance at the Coca Cola Dome last of last week during the DA rally. Unfortunately he got his butt kicked out of the ANC gig that was held at the FNB Stadium. His performance at the DA rally sent mixed messages to the ANC who had also booked him to perform on that Sunday (4 May 2014).

Hopefully, we'll not hear that iFani has committed career suicide!
