signed a mobile digital partnership with Content Connect Africa, making
the entire Gallo Record Company domestic catalogue available through multiple
mobile platforms.
Content Connect Africa is an independently owned South African new
media and content player that has established itself as one of the leading
content aggregators throughout the African continent. It is also a
reliable creator and provider of multiple mobile delivery protocols with a view
to bridging the digital divide for the vast number of new media users
throughout Africa.
Gallo having been a leader in domestic music since 1926, holds some of
the greatest South African music catalogue of all time. Artists such as
Lucky Dube, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Stimela, The Soul Brothers, Bhekumuzi
Luthuli, Manhattan Brothers, Simphiwe Dana, Thandiswa Mazwai, Ge’ Korsten,
Lusanda Spiritual Group & Mango Groove to name only a few all made Gallo
Record Company their recording home over the years.

Africa. The exploitation through mobile platforms will reach far and

Gallo Record Company & Content Connect Africa will commence their
mobile digital roll out with the Gallo music content in early July 2013,
