NewsFlash: Kabelo Mabalane’s Immortal Vol.2 hits the shelves this Friday, 12 October 2012

Kabelo Mabalane, more affectionately known by his fans as Bouga Luv, will be releasing his 8th Studio album on Friday, 12 October 2012. The album entitled Immortal Vol. 2 is a much anticipated follow up on the highly successful Immortal Vol.1 album. The album features tracks with the likes of Big Nuz (Impilo); RealBlackPearl (Ice-Cream Soda); and George Avakian (What You Need), all of which are already receiving good airplay on radio stations across the country. What You Need featuring George Avakian is now at the number one spot on the Kovisie FM Top 30 Chart and promises to be a great dance hit this festive season.

Immortal Vol.2 is a must have album this summer. Kabelo has once again delivered a project out of the top drawer that will solidify his legacy as one of South Africa's most commercially sustainable solo artists. It is an eclectic body of work that will have appeal to a wide spectrum of musical palettes.

Kabelo decided to do volume 2 soon after his previous album, because he had material hot of the press, as he remained in studio consistently after Immortal Vol.1. Kabelo shares “I'm at a time in my life where I'm having fun with making music again. I'm not afraid to explore, and my desire to win and make good music is insatiable. Truth be told, I picked up where I left off with Immortal Vol. 1, playing around with sounds and gunning for new markets and territories while maintaining my core fan base”.

Kabelo acknowledges that this album would not be possible if it were not for his fans. He will therefore be surprising some fans by personally delivering signed album copies to them during the month of October.

Immortal Vol.2 will be available on all major digital (online and mobile) platforms in South Africa and the rest of the world. The album will also be available to stream on both Simfy and Spotify amongst others, and will be physically available in CD form in Southern Africa.
