Boki Ntsime, the
hottest, current Music Industry property from Mogale City Krugersdorp, popular
for wowing audiences on Idols SA Season 6 with his brilliant renditions of
popular covers like ‘Kings of Leon’s Someone like you’and ‘Justin Timberlake’s
My love’, as well as R Kelly’s World’s greatest, is ready to take the music industry by
storm.
Boki releases his long awaited debut album
titled “Plugged in” on radios across the country in August 2011.
The talented and
energetic Boki Ntsime has not only become a household name and a sought after
performer but is an eligible bachelor for most aspiring “celebrity partners
wannabe” young ladies.
The young
entertainer is no novice to the music scene. Boki has performed live around the
country at festivals and some prestigious corporate functions at venues like;
Woodstock, Aardklop, The Radium Beer Hall & Tanz Café. To top it all off,
Boki and his band recently won The Keg Battle of the Bands contest in Kempton
Park.
Studying music
opened his mind to a lot of genres that gave the sound to his new Mainstream
Pop Album, which promises a good range of music styles like Pop, Rock, Soul, RnB, and Dance floor
Rhythms. The Album is packed with a mix of original songs and covers of
golden oldies. Boki’s new album is young
and vibey, showcasing his versatility, with a cross-over audience appeal. It manages
to define who Boki is and showcases his musical talents and vocal range. “Get
ready for the dance floor with the thumping pop sound from this album”
The album,
recorded at Kamak Productions studios, produced by the renowned Cue J Mofokeng
and Co-Produced by the talented Bongani Nx, (the all rounder Radio personality,
musician and performer) will be released through Kamak productions record label
both digitally and on hard copy. What began as a one-song project developed
into a rhythm packed pop / dance floor full-length album. The album is expected to
be in stores nationwide by the end of August. Boki will be on a country wide
tour to promote his album from September 2011.
Boki performs
throughout the country at various South African music festivals, corporate
functions and venues among others; Woodstock, Aardklop, The Radium Beer Hall and; Tanz Café. He has a large repertoire of hit songs suitable for any event.
He can perform with a 6 piece band, a 3 piece band or on backtrack as a solo
act. He also performs a few songs from his upcoming album.
