Spotted at the South African Music Conference

Today it was the wrap of the South African Music Conference hosted by DJ Oskido. The event started on the 02 of July and ended today. This spectacular event with its main focus on nurturing young talent in South Africa was held at the Durban Olive Conference Centre, where the attendees are invited tomorrow to come and enjoy a FREE party with the legends. Never the less - we spotted some well known faces both locally and internationally.

The first person we spotted who might not be known to some - is a house DJ and he goes by the name 'Deep' and it was so easy to spot him, you know when you are in Jozi it's always easy.

The second person we spotted is the legendary Lindelani Mkhize of Joyous Celebration - ncooh what a very king being - we touched hands and shared good smiles. He was so well dressed formally as any legend would do.

Then wow after wondering where he is - Stone Gosh I smiled as I saw him getting out of the car and approaching the venue. I was, "Hi Stone (Intro), you're so scarce man, may I please take a picture of you?" Of course the evidence speaks for itself. He's still the same handsome looking Stone if I may say of course.

Oh Geez - DJ ZInhle looked so stunning like forever, I loved the Mohawk hairstyle. It suits her like it was never done before. The youthful DJ is so humble, sweet and loves to mix herself with the audience as she was just mingling with the crowd. She was there to encourage mainly female upcoming DJ's about the junk that makes you trip and flop in the industry - while on the other hand she gave them the confidence to trust in who you really are and go with that... More details will follow about her DJ Academy...

And we also spotted DJ Rocco who was among the industry legends who gave what I call a lecture to the young talent about his experience in the industry. He told them that he was a DJ for 15 years before actually releasing his first album. I am sure that encouraged the youth that it is not about being famous - but establishing the brand that is you... One thing I adored about Rocco is perseverance and his English accent... LOL "Excuse my English"

Stay hooked - a full report about the event will follow soon...
