We are sure everyone has been wondering what DJ Sbu is
saying on the Zahara issue and indeed he used the MTN SAMA 18 as a platform to
silence haters of black business owners. He was then interviewed by Rolling
Stone to further more on his comments.
"It’s more like if success is in black hands there’s a
problem." Sbu also claimed that he speaks for artists and people like them who discovered
Zahara and including black businesses. He also mentioned that it’s unfair for
people to doubt their credibility on handling someone’s life.
“She’s one of the
smartest in the game…”
“She does not have a license – not ready to buy a car or a
house yet but her finances are handled by Nedbank, she’s one of the most
successful artists in the country.” He also highlighted the fact that she’s
only been in the industry for seven months but she’s got a very fit bank
account. You don’t see her running around in flashy cars…
